1. The service

Wayshare helps groups plan trips and track who owes what. It is a record-keeping tool — it does not move money, hold funds, or guarantee that anyone settles up.

2. Your account

You must give accurate contact details and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

Only invite people who agree to be contacted, and only enter data you're entitled to share. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it unlawfully.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add (expenses, photos, notes). You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it to your trip members and run the service.

5. No financial advice or warranty

Balances are calculated from what members enter and may contain errors. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
